This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a relaxing spa & wellness center, and helpful ski storage. I remember the staff helping me return my forgotten belongings during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

Waking up to breathtaking views
Waking up in my room with a view of the Matterhorn was surreal. The convenience of being close to the train station made exploring easy. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious!
However, I was disappointed with the lack of staff at the reception during my early check-out, which forced me to walk to the station with my luggage.

Our family enjoyed exploring Zermatt, especially taking the Sunnegga Funicular for breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were comfy with great balconies. We loved the breakfast options, which were perfect for everyone, including my daughter. It truly made our trip memorable.
My kids wished for a more robust air conditioning system.

Awesome mountain views!
The single room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn, which was just breathtaking. Breakfast was a highlight—loved making my own pancakes! The only bummer was that the room service felt a bit slow, but the staff at the front desk were super helpful with tips and info. Great location too!

The view from our room was breathtaking as we
sipped coffee on the balcony each morning. The breakfast options were plentiful, but the room could have used air conditioning. The staff was welcoming and helped us navigate local hikes.

Breakfast options leave much to be desired, with the same limited hot menu every day and repetitive fruit salad. Room cleaning during a multi-day stay was inconsistent, and those pillows lacked any real support after an exhausting day hiking around the Alps.

The stay included a breathtaking mountain view from my room and a superb breakfast with a variety of fresh options. However, some confusion regarding the wellness area's nude policy was unexpected and could be uncomfortable for families. Overall, it is a good choice for a relaxing getaway and is conveniently located near local attractions.
